My ranking is 13. Mysterio 12. Scorpion 11. Doc Ock 10. Electro 9. Sandman 8. Hobgoblin 7. Kraven 6. Vulture 5. Carnage 4. Goblin 3. Juggernaut 2. Hammerhead 1. Deadpool Ive noticed that SMSD fans normally rank Noir as the best or worst overall dimension. Never 2nd or 3rd

I do think it’s the best dimension overall as it shakes up your entire gameplay experience with stealth, darkness, and seemingly more realistic undertone. But juggernaut at 3?? 😵💫

Personally for me Osborn was number 1, because I felt like I was fighting fear itself as a kid. I think when Osborn jumped out of the clown face in the beginning of the level it genuinely scared the shit out of me 😂

13. Mysterio 12. Doctor Octopus 11. Scorpion 10. Electro 9. Sandman 8. Hobgoblin 7. Hammerhead 6. Juggernaut 5. Goblin 4. Kraven 3. Carnage 2. Vulture 1. Deadpool The Noir dimension is objectively the best in the game. Story wise it has the best Level in the game because you get a personal feel to it. Plus the stealth levels are awesome and how each boss mixes combat and stealth Ultimate is the second best in the game because the combat for Spiderman is the most enjoyable, waves and waves of enemies fit his combat style perfectly. And his dimension includes the deadpool level which is one of the best in the game due to it being the only open world esc level Amazing is the third best because of it consisting of multiple good villains to fight. Kraven is fun, Sandman is okay, and Juggernaut is fun. His combat is also super unique 2099 although has super good and unique combat along with amazing voice acting is brought down solely due to the levels. They’re uninteresting, annoying and ugly. He has one of the cooler gimmicks due to the almost super speed, along with the free falling, but the levels themselves are mostly boring aside from Hobgoblin solely because defeating him includes utilising the free falling

I was going to agree with your dimension rankings except putting 2099 above amazing, but you brought up good points.

I agree with pretty much everything you brought up in this video. Every topic I thought of was brought up in this video, and it was an all around good video. (Still upset they never made a second one)

glad to hear it. I definitely would've liked to see this concept of game explored more in the spiderman series. At least a proper adaptation of Spider-man Noir (the noir missions in this game were golden). Now they are just going to adapt whats on the big screens for the games..
Correction: the place you're in during the Carnage level is the Triskelion, not a helicarrier. BTW, I never noticed the easter egg at 12:52.

Here's my rankings (not counting Mysterio or the tutorial, that's just not fair) Hammerhead, Kraven, Hobgoblin, Electro, Vulture, Sandman, Deadpool, Carnage, Juggernaut, Doc Ock and Green Goblin 12: Scorpion. The look was the most boring and yet also a total eyesore, the boss fight was the least intuitive, the music was boring, and it feels like the longest level in the game. 11: Vulture. The stealth was the least fun out of Noir's levels and the boss was the least actual fun to fight IMO. It at least has a really fun train sequence and the stealth in the brick alley. 10: Sandman (from this point on I like all the levels). This level to me was just one of the more boring ones and I didn't like the water barrel gimmick. 9: Hobgoblin. I actually didn't find this level too repetitive like you did, the boss is fun, it's the best looking 2099 level and I like the music. 8: Juggernaut. This level to me was basically all the best of Sandman and Hobgoblin in one, with the added bonus of Amazing being the player character (of the four he's my 3rd favourite but I like the web weapons). 7: Green Goblin. I like the final fight and I LOVE the opening, but the parts between that I'm not too fond of. 6: Doctor Octopus. I like the four sections, I like the boss, and I like the intensity of the escape sections. 5: Electro. Ultimate Spidey got the best of the soundtrack IMO (with one real exception), and this being the premium example. I would say that his artstyle is my favourite and the gameplay feels the most fun too. Plus I actually liked all the Electro fights and the level has a lot of fun setpieces IMO (the generator room, running between the power lines, the first rageout, etc). 4: Kraven. Best song of the Amazing levels, one of the best level themes, great setpieces, good fight. 3: Carnage. This level is easily the scariest in the game to me, and was my introduction to Carnage as a character. The Helicarrier chase is easily the most intense part of the whole game though. 2: Hammerhead. Most catchy song in the game with its jazz, the boss fights are really goddamn fun, the stealth is the best on average in Noir (although I like the fireworks section in Green Goblin most of all) and the level is the most aesthetically pleasing to me. This was my introduction to Hammerhead and he just gels so well with the Noir world that I didn't realize until Marvel Avengers Alliance that he wasn't a Noir-exclusive character. 1: Deadpool. Nolan North as Wade Wilson was perfect casting and played perfectly off of the best Spiderman VA (Josh Keaton, who this game introduced me to), the Oil Rig was so fun to explore, the boss fight was great and I after I realized what the deal was with the Wave Section I liked that too. I can't think of a single bad part of this whole level.
