A little over a year ago (10/5/23 is the date I'm writing this so this happened last year) I fell in love with a girl. I asked her out and she rejected and after that happened, we started talking like we were friends and maybe something more. When we confessed our love for one another just recently, the one and only thing that was stopping her was that she was a non-dominated Christian and I was catholic so this made her not want to be in a relationship even though she loved me so much. Sorry, web slinger, but unfortunately not everything works out the way we want to. Finding that someone never worked out for me. I became too caught up on the idea of "love" that I lost myself, forgot about my goals and became desperate to find a connection like my life depended on it. Honestly this really helps for me to hear this and im in litiral tears from this too. Im nor gonna lie ive had a loved one that i thought would last forever and this person I've dated i thought she'd be the one for me but there was mistakes from us that we've made witu each other but worst of all was miscommunication. Im not gonna share the details in what I've done to her but its amazing she had the oddiacity to tell me about it afterwards after we broke up when i wish she could've brought it to my attention Sooner when we was still together and not late afterwards. Because if she did id honor and respect and me to do my best to could've been the best man for her but in reality im glad she shut me down,i wish she shut me down sooner then later cause we dated for 3 years amd she broke up with me on my birthday last year in November and make mstters worse for how much my lifes gotten downhill i lost my parents in recent times too and she was there with me to see it. Even though it was never meant to be its okay because i definitely know there will be someone far better out there for me and its true what you say Peter, it does feel like an eternity to wair for the right person and i wanna be with someone now but your right since im single now it is then the best time for me to be a better version of myself as a man and move forward on with life and definitely your right on that.
