That opening looks out of this world! From the top notch lighting to how they crawl in. And the way they work together to accomplish their mission was so cool and true to their characters. Yet another outstanding chapter in this series!

The animation is so good! Fluid movements plus the lighting really sets the mood. I’m really digging this buddy cop thing Peter and Eddie have. Reminds me of classic Spider-Man and Venom team-ups. Can’t wait for the next one!

While Venom is against Spider-Man at first, he’s nothing but hate. He later changes attitude when he’s faced to team up with Spider-Man. Most other versions make Venom seem like a goofy, comedic, or clumsy partner when they team up. However, this one makes Venom seem more like a badass.

Spidey406 I see what you mean but when it comes to toxin I’d say he had a bunch of potential and his first appearance was great I loved the relationship between Patrick and the symbiote but they ruined it when Eddie Brock got it because it didn’t feel like toxin it felt like Eddie brock with a symbiote

It just gets pretty repetitive after Carnage. They created the others because the symbiote is so bankable. Toxin is the same to Carnage as Carnage was to Venom, nothing really drastically new. It's similar to the repetitive nature of Terminator after Terminator 2. You have the T-1000 as Carnage and Venom is Arnold. But in T3 it starts to get repetitive.

Spidey406 I understand completely I just think that if the character is good enough than the repetitive nature of they’re existence does not matter. Toxin was obviously a copied concept but he was so more interesting than the life foundation symbiotes or the symbiotes that came after but they found a way to ruin that aswell and the most recent carnage storyline is just marvel trying to kill off unnecessary symbiote characters
