I put my spider plant baby into water and it grew a few thick short roots that look nothing like the roots yours grew. What do you think is wrong?

Thankyou for all the sound advice,but my only question is what do you have to do with the brown tips of the leafs,and what is it a sign of thanks
@JULIYA_RATNAYAKE2 жыл бұрын
Ok, so brown tips are caused due to the use of chlorine present in the tap water. Now you can’t do anything with the brown tips. Just cut that little part. But to solve it, switch the tap water by watering with still water (bottles one is fine), or even with rainwater. This will prevent any new brown tips! Good luck.

If I have babies on the shooting stem in the Fall, will they last until Spring or should I repot now?
