Whoever is reading this, I wanted to say I hope you have a great day and that God loves you so much that He sent His son, Jesus, to die on a cross for your sins and He rose again from the dead three days later. God Bless! And also, He doesn't want you to go to Hell, but He wants you to go to Heaven with Him but you have to be Saved. How do I get Saved you might ask? Here are the steps below on how to get Saved! 1. Believe that God sent His Son (Jesus) to die on a cross for your sins and that He rose again from the dead 3 days later. 2. Confess to Jesus that you are a sinner and ask forgiveness for your sins and Turn away from your sins. If you sin again after asking forgiveness of that sin, ask forgiveness again and try not to do it ever again. Jesus will forgive you! 3. Ask Jesus to come into your heart and your life and for Him to be your Lord and Savior forever. 4. Build a Personal Relationship with Jesus by Praying and Reading the Bible daily and Live for Him Forever. I'm Praying for you and you are loved! (Romans 10:9-13)))

When I found out the fan-animated lego version of the trailer was made by a 14-year-old I was blown away that someone so young could have that kind of mastery of 3D animation. When I found out today that the same person did the sequence in the film, I looked at their channel, and it is really heart-warming and inspiring to see how much they've improved over the last couple of years, and to see the hard work they put into it getting rewarded like that!

Eric pointed out that the 1st time we see Miles swinging through the city is merely clumsily following Gwen. The next time we him swing like that is in India where by the end he gains his confidence, but still unknowingly makes mistakes. The last time we see him swinging through the city he is in the lead & everyone else is following (chasing) him & while they all still assume he is just the clumsy kid who unwittingly ruins things, he actually does have plan. Mile's swings seem to coincide with his growth, maturity & independence.

Miguel is the first anomoly not miles, he started the collapse of the universes when he tried to live a life not his and ever since has been trying to fix it. Also the fact that miles said "are you even spiderman?" because he has claws and is part vampire, sounds like 2099 might be chasing the wrong anomoly and all of these events started because of him trying to live in the wrong universe.

Not so much an Easter egg but I love how Miles is initially resentful of Hobie’s and Gwen’s relationship when in fact he is the only one who has his back the whole time whereas everyone else in the Spider Society, that he so desperately wants to belong to, are against him, with the two people he trusts the most essentially deceiving him the whole time! It’s as if he still needs to learn how to be a better judge of character and mature even further before coming into his own, which I’d imagine we’ll see when his character arc concludes in “Beyond”. My guess too is that the title alludes to the fact that he will essentially leave his universe and become apart of the live action MCU, after the spot destroys his dimension, similar to what happens to his comic counterpart!

9:33 That cat weight is a metaphor of the three Morales family sitting side by side. Miles being in the center, unbalanced by the weight of his parents. Struggling to balance between his secret identity, his school life, and his relationship with family... to no avail.

@@tomboyraider1015 I'm not sure if you're joking or not, but glitching was still important in the first movie, lol. The first movie very firmly established that characters glitch when they're in the wrong reality. It's used as a twist in the 2nd movie, but its definitely established in the first.

One of my favourite details of seeing Miles in the wrong universe at the end was that, when he got back to his room, I immediately noticed that the lighting/shading was different - all elongated crosshatching (like claws) and spots of ink (that I now realize look like the paint spatters from an aerosol can). It’s a very cool detail that’s easy to miss if you don’t pay attention to that kind of thing on a first viewing, and I might have missed it if I hadn’t noticed the number on the go home machine and went “he’s going to the wrong universe, oh shit”

Miguel O'hara's obsession with "canon events" is a metaphor for toxic fandoms gatekeeping what is or isn't canon. Miles "breaking canon" is freeing the filmmakers to tell the stories they want to tell, without being shackled down by canon. When we argue as fans over whether franchise movies are worthwhile, or we use comic book easter eggs to try to predict the plot, we are Miguel. When we go to the movies just to be entertained, we are Miles.

Gwen's Earth-65 is not just about the philosophy of the art style vs. Miles' Earth-1610, but it tributes the artistic works of Rodriguez and Renzi from the 1st run of the comics and all the other artists involved especially the cover artists. As a fan of Spider-Gwen comics since the beginning, seeing it in the film, was one of the most beautiful animation sequences I've ever seen.

So honestly, we have no idea if the Morbius movie or the latest Venom movie would have been any good if the directors were allowed to just do their thing, but we _do_ know that Sony interfered with both those projects to a ludicrous degree...and then, the same company releases these two epic, wonderful pieces of art, both on the Mount Rushmore of best Superhero movies of all time. It really boggles the mind how the same studio can release Morbius, Venom 2 and Spider-verse in 18 months.

The animation department probably has a lot more creative freedom than the live action department. Animation departments are usually more separate than live action departments, and a lot of times it'll also be outsourced to other studios. It also takes much longer to make an animated movie and ignorant executives are probably less likely to be able to stick their noses in and meddle effectively.

I think the bit about Miguel complaining about Doctor Strange and Earth 199999 Peter is Sony's way of trying to tie their film to the MCU. Same with the Donald Glover Prowler and the tree miltiverse. It's a reference that Disney could choose to respond to or ignore, just like with Venom and Mobius. The Go Home Machine seems to be a reference to the Master Weaver from the original Spiderverse comic. At least, that's the feeling I'm getting.
