What gave me a surprising boost in fps was making sure the game was running in Exclusive Fullscreen and also using AMD FSR instead of TAA. Before I had drops from a capped 60 fps to 53 and stutter was very obvious. Now it will drop to 58 at worse. My gpu and cpu fans aren't complaining so much either. 1660ti, Ryzen 5 3600, 16GBRAM

Along with budget gpu you should have mentioned your CPU and how much memory your RAM have... because you will not get that much fps on these some of entry level graphics card if your ram have only 8gb or 16 gb memory....so its look like you only tested budget gpu on high end processor and ram memory eg.32gb...anyway nice video but i would say not helpful at all...sorry if i offended you...

its depends on your monitor resolution, if u want to play with 1440p then go with 6700xt or 3060 ti, else 3060 is enough for handle 1080p game. you also go with 6650xt.
