Of course the top tentacles claws are more narrow so some people believe they're smaller but they're pretty much the same size as the bottom claws. I don't believe Otto would have handicapped the top claws considering they were made with the purpose of containing the power of the sun

I think I'll wait for a third party company to make him. There is the Pwtoys octopus man but hes no longer in retail and resellers jack up his peices extremely high.

I highly suggest trying to get your habds on the PWTOYs Octopus Man. Hes a third part NWH Doc Ock. I own him and hes really good save for a few issues with the rubber tentacles but that just due to me not handling my figure with care. It definitely fixes the claw issue you have with this figure.

The s.h f Andrew didn't get a head sculpt because it didn't have the advantage of having amazing spiderman 2 license, they used no way home license to make Andrew's figure

This figure is definitely hit or miss. Unfortunately in my case its a miss. The lack of articulation in the claws and fhem coming off so easily actually scares the shit out of me that ill lose them like you did💀. My display is over carpet and my cats have a bad habit of trying to eat small things so i really dont want them eating the claw piece
