Just got mine. The 13/16ah updated version, and I gotta say it's built like a tank, and is an absolute blast. So much fun, lots of torque, fast as hell, great range. Riding it makes me feel like teenager again 👍

Good Gravy!!! So wish I would have watched your video......PRIOR to me attempting to figure out what goes where... Especially the handle bar installation. I kept trying to figure out how to install it straight with the quick release. Wrong. They need better directions. But awesome video.

What gear are you riding in during PAS test? Did you adjust the speed settings on controller? You can adjust the amount of power for each pedal assist lever. The manual you want to look is YL18c. Thanks for the video.

Quick question because this is my first electric bike: do your wheels "rub" and make noise too? in a normal bicycle, if you spin the wheel, it will spin for quite a long time. for me it loses speed almost immediately

Something might be wrong. Flip it over very carefully & spin the wheels. Watch close for problems. Don't break your computer!

Just purchased and starting assembly of my Engwe EP20. Noticed that the right grip/throttle grip is locked and does not rotate at all. Does battery need to be charged and turned on before throttle grip rotates?

No it doesn't matter if the battery is charged or not. Please contact Engwe and let they know right away.

Thank you for your quick response. Just a few minutes ago I saw a short video on unlocking the throttle. Applying the front and back brake levers at the same time unlocked the throttle!

this model does not have regenerative braking, that would be the engine pro, but it does not work very well and possibly damages the electric controller based on some comments

I'm using a 360 camera attached to a selfie pole. If you look at the shadows you can see there is something connected. I might create a video on how I do this... is this something you would like to see?

@@barbarae.5841 The way 360 cameras work is that there is a blind spot right where the pole mounts to it virtually making the pole invisible.

I have this bike. I'm not pleased with it. Can't stand that the throttle only works at the pas speed you are in. It's not worth having a throttle what all it is really is a cruise control. If you are doing 13 mph and need a quick push of speed to get out of the way of traffic or a person you haveto go up to pas 5 and at that point why use throttle ? Also the bike kicks into cruise automatically which is super dangerous Engwe dropped the ball and so did I buying it . The. WTVA Hebe or the Lectric Xp is a way better set up bike. With the ep2 you are clicking pas buttons all day.
