I say this is good animation. The quality of the characters was clean and well made. The situational jokes were good ,and no two were the same. Though while it had no speaking parts (alibi the only thing I didn't like) it was very good and gave me a few laughs to go with it. I can't wait for the next one to come out.

For an apologetic look, only Fluttershy's face will do. But where did the Changeling get it from? I don't remember her appearing at all, and it seems like it can only copy nearby ponies' appearances.

Perhaps a changeling can morph to any pony its met during its lifetime; or at the very least, in some limited manner. If I recall correctly, wasn't there a changeling who was messing with Pinkie and changed several times despite not having the characters it mimicked in close proximity? I could be wrong about this, but who knows exactly. Maybe it was just a flaw.

The proximity is to catch small details that may not be visible for far away. They can probably change into a pony they have only seen on photos, as long as they have enough of them in different angles (Fluttershy was a famous Ponyville model in "Green Isn't Your Color" [S1E20]).

I like the concept, but we’re all dying to know what happens next. Did they catch the Changeling? What was she doing there, anyway? Are there more, hiding in the bushes? honest review: I love the concept but I feel like you missed an opportunity for a good story. instead of focusing on the changling seeking around, which seemed a little repedative in some parts, I'm more interested in what they do AFTER they were exposed. I feel like you cut off the story before it even began. A good film maker is one that knows their audience, and here on the internet the audience is very distracted. Repetitive jokes can easily bore an Internet audience and I'd hate to see them click away and miss all the beautiful work you poured into this piece.

Just a thought :) I personally thought this was cute from start to finish and I enjoyed it for what it is.
