can u explain to me why u run 4 rising great star instead of nova? because i feel the extra summon in battle phase is more impactful.

Great Star draws cards and his skill works on the rearguard circle as well as the Vanguard circle. Great Star can call up to as many units in your deck as the number of face up counterblasts you can pay if you repeatedly bind it and call it back to rear, essentially calling multiple units from the deck rather than just 1 from the stride skill of Nova. Plus drawing cards is always a great thing in Vanguard. This is a similar reason as to why people chose to ride Glenzend Vampir vs Scharhrot.
