I feel like there was an easier way Spike could've accomplished this. Like say, if he was a creature known to, and capable of spewing a highly combustible concoction of thousands of degrees through his mouth. But all joking aside, I love this take. The burning, acidic effect on her body is very fun and makes for some fun anatomy practice. Keep up the great work.

Yooo that's so cool!! So from what I've gathered, spike got a bottle of an extremely toxic and destructive acidic chemical, and simply put another label on top of it. Twilight drank it, and in mere seconds it burned right through her mouth, destroyed her esophagus, fell on her leg which got burned off all the way to the bone, burned right through her stomach and out, making her guts spill to the ground. Aaand she's probably going to burn off completely. Really cool!!!!

Ooo ima try and write a story!! It had all started, when the owl died. That stupid owl that had no business being in the library anyways. It had been an accident when the first time a book knocked the stupid bird from mid flight, Spike had really just wanted to inconvenience it, yet when it hit the ground and began to twit and screech in pain he had to clean up the mess. After all, it was all he was there for anyways. Twilight wasn’t supposed to be home at that moment, the moment he let a heavy bird book strike the owl just so. Yet she had, and she of course, in Twilight fashion, overreacted. It had been a two weeks since then, he had convinced her it was an accident and she seemed to believe him at first. But it was clear with every “accidental” graze of magical blast on his scales or the lack of messages she asked him to send to the Princess the sorrow was souring to blame. She had become even more of a pain to be around, a perfectionist even deeper to her bones. Nothing he did was ever good enough, he never cleaned the floors hard enough or organized the book’s perfectly. Each lecture became more and more insulting and toxic. The words scathing Spikes brain just enough to keep the tears from falling due to his own need to preserve his dignity. He simply, snapped one day. He felt nothing as he grabbed the bottle from the forbidden cabinet. His brain didn’t argue as he poured a good amount of the contents in the brown, calming liquid he was forced to make Twilight everyday. He watched in a dull numbness as she screeched before it cut off in groans and whines. Her stomach ripped like tea stained paper, her mouth drooled and dissolved like a feather falling into flames. She of course looked at him in horror, throwing him to the side as she whipped the bottle with the last bit of her magic as she looked at it in fear. But it was too late. Her throat burned away and the liquid kept falling through her skin, back onto her. She didn’t seem to have the mind to try and run for help, in regular twilight sense, panicked. And burned. Spike did what he always did for the library he cared so much about. He began to clean up twilights mess.

imma try and make a story for this it had been days after spike had shown twilight and the others thorax,twilight at first didnt mind and allowed spike to show that not all changelings where evil,but deep down he knew twilight had other ideas he knew twilight didnt want to upset him,but he could see twilight still held a grudge against changelings,while he was sleeping he heard mumbling downstairs curiousity getting the better of him he snuck downstairs and heard twilights voice twilight? shes never been awake this late maybe shes studying a new spell? the closer he got the more he could hear her voice as it got louder and louder,and as he peaked into the room he saw her talking to her self "why did spike trust that changeling for all we know they could be a spy,i should never have allowed the changeling to be redeemed after what they did to cadence and shining" spikes eyes grew wide..how..how could she? he trusted her but she went behind his back and did this!? spike felt a growing anger in the pit of his stomach he felt betrayed why would twilight lie to him? he felt horrible sad and he just...snapped a deep growl forming in his throat he would make twilight pay,he knew twilight couldnt be trusted with knowing about thorax what if she ends up telling the royal gaurds and they harm his friend? he cant allow that,more dark thoughts formed he remembered how twilight would always look down at him like he was some useless baby that didnt have a say in anything,she always mocked him,and treated him like some pet intead of a equal,he saw how condescending she could be when she didnt see others as something evil,he knew the jabs and insults her and her friends aside from fluttershy would say about his kind,and it infuriated him,with a dark thought brewing he snuck off to get search the rooms,and he saw it a mysterious bottle of potions,a smile forming as he grabbed it,and as he went to the kitchen he grabbed twilights favorite coffee cup,and poured the liquid inside,his revenge will come,and twilight will pay for her insilence and disshonesty as he walked to twilights study room,he would knock on the wall putting on a usual expression he always has "erm twilight?" with a jump the alicorn looked to see spike in the doorway "s-spike? what are you doing up so early?" "oh well you see i thought youd be thirsty and got you a drink i know how hard you worked and im glad you allowed thorax to stay in ponyville.." twilight hearing this put on a fake smile "o-oh yeah its nothing i saw how much you trust him and he seemed friendly so i figured he deserved that much he isnt so bad" spike deep down fumed at twilights lies but advanced close and handed twilight her cup "im glad erm ill be in the hall when you need me" with that he left twilight to her work and stopped in the halls,as he would peak and watch twilight return to her studies,as he watched he sees twilight take a big gulp of the liquid potion,and as just that he watched her drop the mug spilling the contents to the floor,the scene was graphic at best and he cringed but his frown turned to a sinister smile,as he watched twilights eyes go wide,her tongue burning from the acidic contents,panic overid twilights conciousness her body felt like it was burning,and her insides would burn melting from the potion as so did her skin,her body collapsing as she tried to move but more she did the more the potion sped up,her arms melting as her jaw began to melt away falling to the ground with a sickening splat sound,her gums bleeding as did her body bleeding out,her muscles and meat feeling congeeled and smelling of smoking meats the smell hitting her nose and making her gag and sputter as she watched in horror as spike stood their she tried to call for him to help but all she could make was gurgling sounds and gasping noises as she felt tears of betrayl fall,as spike stood there his smile formed more his chuckles echoing in the castle "you shouldnt have lied twilight..." at this her eyes wided her heart hurting as she would soon feel her mind fade as her body would bleed out as she would slowly feel the life in her eyes fade her body dying a slow painful death,as spike watched her life fade away he would get to work disposing of her corpse

Good story! Only thing I wish was that the motive wasn't as small as twilight just panic rambling abt not trusting thorax yet- Maybe he overheard her plotting a way to trap and "get rid of" him/catches her having tricked, trapped, and "got rid of" Thorax instead & unintentionally degrading Spike via going "but I can't blame Spike for this, he's just a baby dragon afterall. He's just trying to learn like a pony, this is all probably very confusing for him, poor Spike." To cause the downspiral of him realizing she's always been condescending:0 Something a bit more drastic and traumatizing to warrent the drastic reaction

Looking at the ground, she saw that above the bottle, the label of the delicious juice, revealed as fake, and seemed that was a lethal poison Spike, that was coming, started to look at the alicorn with a angry face - nobody needs an princess of friendship, when you can't treat your own best friend as it should be Twilight not being able to speak, only to react, looked sad at Spike, and was thinking: when did she mistreated him, in his entire life, that she didnt noticed? She only screamed in agony, like a zombie getting out of the ground, or like a bird, getting slowly smashed. Spike didnt laughed, or changed his expression... Only looked at his "best friend"... dying with such pain

Alicorns are not exactly immortal, they just live a lot longer. slower aging. so they aren't un-killable,. Hell, we see Celestia near death at least 6 separate times in the show. yes they are stronger and more powerful magically but even an alicorn can fall with the right plan. protection of others and your own magic will only get you so far.

But also in mortal innocence that as long as nothing physically damaging to them happens, they are fine.
