I feel like the bump itself actually wasn't that extreme. He didn't smash his head really bad. Him grabbing his head seemed like a reaction to clipping his head. Which on the back of the head would sting like a MF but in terms of what that guy thinks of as a "hard bump" that's just a stinging bruise.
