UN was silent when hostages were deliberately killed. If Israel did the same to their prisoners, UN and Arab Muslims countries would scream at Israel. Brics will support Hama's and Hezbollah because most of their members are anti-Israel.

Rachel, your point about the value of your work is salient. When I realised how biased media was I started to notice how much news from the middle east is just republished from the two major news wires. So I looked at the lead editor of their ME news desks. In both instances the journalistic work done by these lead editors under their own names is flagrantly biased. Here in Australia our public broadcaster is, imv, exceedingly compromised due to his previous work also, and this is evident in what we hear from the public broadcaster. I then think about what I can do to help change this but I look at all the people who have tried and see they just get labelled far right and nothing changes. So at this point my only option is voting conservative. This is a real change in voting patterns for me, but I think its necessary.

This is not magic; neither is any Bronze Age literature (Leviticus 19:31)! Please respect sacred text, especially if it gives hope, and it's words, and following it will make the world a better place. It is forever real (Isaiah 40:8). This is reality in past, present, and future tense (2 Peter 1:21).
