You know what's funny? Back in the day, if you're black and you have money, big money. Spike Lee comes and asks you for some for a project. You couldn't say no. You knew that he was gonna make some important shit for black culture. Whatever it was. We had been underrepresented for the longest time in hollywood, and this guy comes along and is all about getting it done. Ya'll know it's a long story. But THIS is why we love you Spike. I found this movie randomly on tv and it had just started. It’s been playing multiple times and I just got around to seeing the whole thing today, it’s a really good movie. I also found it on demand

This movie is riveting! The time when the male abused her verbally and She couldn't disassociate from the acting and healthy boundaries.

That line was so thin she was walking wasn't it? I felt like she felt like that wonderful almost hot shower that suddenly got cold. Her facial expressions under red light when he revealed her address were near perfection. Spike's signature moving background completed it. Makes me appreciate the filming done on this movie.
