The Boxer Vilkas is an event gift German light tank introduced during Update "Air Superiority" as a reward for the 2023 Winter Extreme event. The Vilkas is a unique light tank choice for German top-tier players, providing fire-and-forget Spike missiles for use against tanks at longer ranges or against nearby helicopters. As such, the Vilkas presents a new playstyle to players of the German ground tree, allowing them to rush to a good position using mobility, and play as a "sniper" with decent firepower and long-range missile, or perhaps play the vehicle more aggressively and use the Spike missiles for dispatching helicopters and long-range targets of opportunity when needed. All in all, the Vilkas is a uniquely interesting vehicle to bolster the top lineups of the German tech tree.

They are fairly terrible yes. Maybe with the germans complaining about them now they will finally be fixed. Nukenus has no idea what hes talking about, which is why hes always going to be small time. I can cherry pick games in the Freccia like anyone else lol.

Man, please try out the PTZ89. I want to see if it is better than Obj. 120. It doesn't get a HEATFS, but the dart has just as much speed. Thanks.

I have both. Yes, it's better than the Obj 120. Autoloader, stabiliser & laser rangefinder are great. It also has a rooftop machinegun. Unmodified it's pretty sluggish. I have an expert crew and that helps. It's currently my favourite tank and it has a decent lineup around it.

👍. Interesting…. Using the same vehicle. But watching this you do more damage & actually get destroys when u use the spikes. & u actually get more penning shots and more damage on tanks. Then I do. Interesting to know what the difference is….

@@LarryPigeon1 yea I figured it out eventually. I just use darts for everything. I tried using the other rounds even the shrapnel rounds with the Puma (10.0) but the darts seem to work best due to the speed.

The SPIKEs are really bad at following a target that moves fast, so it is best against stationary helis, or ones moving in a straight line. If they notice your missile they can easily roll to dodge it and it will NOT turn to follow a damn thing lol.

@@jackass9462 Jack is right...There are 4 different types of Spike, SR, MR, LR, and ER...and two gen 2 spikes(LR/ER) that are larger missiles.

Yesterday at 7pm, i decided "each game i get killed with a vilkas, i have to play another game of wt" ended up playing till midnight. i honestly despise fighting this vehicle. even more so in the hands of semi skilled players. since that bushmaster will take out your gun in 1-2 shots. and can pen you from nearly the front.
