We wanted to set fuses on the ATmega 328 TQFP chips before pick&place mounting on the Solder:Time 2 PCBs. We do these in batches. Fuse setting is done with an Arduino, Mighty Ohm's AVR Rescue Shield, and a TQFP programming socket that we were wired up to fit into a standard 28pin dip socket.
