Before becoming self-sustaining the plant gets a point surprisingly good for predation, you can just exhaust any other cell by pursuing without losing energy faster than them, quite the cruveball, but it works really well somehow ^^

Wait. 200%? I didn't know that existed, but you can do just fine with enough thylakoids or chloroplasts in places with 50% sunlight, you just have to stop moving if glucose hits 0

If you tack a pair of predatory pillae you can actually produce a rudimentary “mouth” and collect organelles and let them rot and collect those delicious nutrients. That’s how my murder plant do

It is actually pretty easy to have nucleus early. 1) cap out amonia and phosphate, and get a bunch of glucose. Divide near phosphate and amonia clouds, add nucleus, next evo right away add more ATP production.

I played this game 2 times (i sat down to play it not runs) the second time i beat the game but not because i thrived but because i outsmarted that ai if you get a spike you can kill other cells and thats how i beat it by letting them come to me and I didn’t waste atp getting to places
