Hello Pamela. Im 65 and have a baby blue undercut pixie. I'm only 5' tall and always had short hair but this is as short now as I used to wear in my motorcyclimg teens. I just blow dry my nearly dry hair non directionally and don't use product as I love the movement in the longer area on top. If you really want to finish a textured style off use the non business end of an unused chop stick to just flick through your hair bringing it forward or injecting more height. I protect my colour from the sun and rain with hats but a pixie is just the style that wont be spoiled- in fact pullimg off a hat can give you a tousled look you'd struggle to achieve with styling. I love your adventurous attitude and how you are rocking being the best of who you are. An inspiration.

At 62 years old I was feeling lost as to how I was supposed to look over how I wanted to look feeling 30 something inside. I love to wear make up and still love fashion but feel pushed out and left doubting myself. I had a bob but it made me look 80 so I cut my own hair into your style BUT watching this I realise yours is slightly shorter layers enabling for a spiky look. Where your hair is fine, mine is thick! I need to go shorter and thin it out a bit more because I like it edgy. I do look younger 👍🏻 and feel it’s ME 😊 Bought myself a dusky pink denim jacket and a pair of black parachute pants and love them. It’s good to express yourself how ever you want to at what ever age. I’ve been wearing a pixie cut for over 25 years but I lost my hairdresser about 10 years ago and I can’t get my new hairdresser to cut it the way I see it in my head. So I’m going to see if she’ll watch one of your KZbin channel to see how I want my hair cut. I have a round face as well and I worry that my cut might not match my face but I get a lot of compliments on my style and my hair. I have a flat head in the back and was made fun of in school so I like to have that rounded hair to hide that and my neck is fat and short so I like my hair to flip up at the bottom. Hello, I wear my hair spiked most of the time and my hair is gray. I grew it out last year. I’m 74. I’m a retired educator who now washes dogs a couple of days a week at a grooming/boarding kennel and love it. 🥰 I also do crafts. I make handmade cards and samplers. I also pour paint. Anyway I’m always looking for a good paste to use on my thin fine hair. I used to use Bumble and Bumble but it doesn’t work so well on my gray hair as it’s a different texture. Judy B. in Indiana😢

Looks very nice. My hair is very similar to yours and I use a curling iron and kind of fluff mine up. Did buy a dry clay/paste called Barb......yes, Barb! I may try spiky but my pixie may be a little too long. I am 71 and new to your channel. Have you ever tried a deeper colored lip? I get lots of complements from a wine colored lipstick I swear by.

Hi just found you, I have same style and use a chestnut brown colour, what colour do you apply to your hair…. Well done for you doing these inspirational videos for us over 60 s. I’m 64 and just getting back into make up after recovering from surgery for Cushings Syndrome. and love my pixie hair cut. I’d love to kniw the colour please you dye your hair? Yes I have sewn a lot over the years, quilts, home accessories bags, pet beds, so much. Now I’m limited to making memory bears from clothing. Smaller items I can work a lot on my lap these days. I’ve also machine embroidered many items too like kiddies hooded towels with favourite characters. I’ve just subscribed so guess I’ll get updates from you? I’m in the U.K. by the way.

Have a question....was looking at You Tube. What would do for someone cannot use her shoulders to blow dry her hair. I have a rotator cuff tear and an impingement one on each shoulder. I do wear my hair short but I just lost my beauty salon girl and I am of over 30 years. It was a shock now I am stuck with a lot of blonde/golden highlights and have no idea if I could cover some of the blond and golden colors.
