I'm one of you're T-Mobile prepaid Representative. You need to do better job on helping people get their money back specially those customer who wasn't able to use you're services after making their payment. I feel like you're baiting customer into a trap. You guys on top don't really see the big picture specially you Mike Sievert. I hate to say this but I started to believe that you guys are like stealing money from customer. It's really sad most of them doesn't really have much money that they sacrifice just to have service but sadly they can't get it back. Mike Sievert people need help! You need to be a better human!

T-mobile is the worst. Throttle individual addresses, then a representative with a hard eastern accent named Dave says our engineers are working on the tower. Liars!! My bill is paid, and I get no service day after day.
