I loved this movie as a kid, in fact I had a crush on Shark boy when I first watched it lmao. It obviously doesn't hold up nowadays, but even though it's pretty bad, it still is funny, even if it is a "so bad it's good" sort of funny. Also, the "Shark Boy Dream" song just fucking kills me everytime I see it, I don't even know what to feel about it. I didn't even know there was a sequel, but I'd love to see you all react to it.

I’ll be honest, when Lavagirl did that 360 neck twist I never connected it to her lava powers and the fact that she’s I guess semi-liquid apparently. I’m 23 now and I truly thought that the reason she could do that with her neck was because she and Sharkboy were imaginary. Now that I think about it that’s an insanely creepy thought. Picture any of the friends from Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends doing that sh*t lol

I vaguely remember watching this movie when I was a kid and I got sick and was running a fever. I couldn't really keep up with what exactly was happening, so I don't really remember much, but I thought the plot was about finding out the kid was the god of the dream realm, and Sharkboy and Lavagirl were trying to get him to remember he was a dream god.

I remember renting this movie as a kid and watching it in 3D on our living room tv with my mom. That era was especially bad for kids movies because they were leaning really hard into the 3D gimmick so they all aged terribly.

One thing I'm baffled by this m9vie is why acting legends David Arquette and George Lopez are in this movie. George Lopez plays like 5 characters in this movie...David Arquette plays his Dad and Cookie Giant from Planet Drool. The best scene in the movie (Which you guys skipped how dare you) is when Mr Electricidad starts shouting *YOU'RE IN MY CLASS...NOT THE OTHER WAY ROUND!
