Moreover, most schools in this country don’t guarantee housing for students after your first year, so she’ll still have to worry about rent, food, internet, electricity, and water bills on top of whatever she ends up paying for school. If she doesn’t want to do that, the other option is to take out loans and end up in huge amounts of debt (the amount of students I know with six figure student loan balances is INSANE). It’s not something you can just decide to do, especially if she’s already independent of her parents.

i have to respectfully disagree. i think shane is friends with problematic people so he can be his true problematic self with them. he seems like a different person on youtube vs real life. cause the way he acts on here vs what he does behind closed door with jeffree privately and how james said not to post the trailer yet he did. shane is just a snake like his friends. he surrounds himself with them cause he can feel at home with them

Liah yes, I agree with you as well. Maybe the word sympathetic adds a positive to what I’m saying, which I didn’t mean to do. I think he does sympathize with the their problematic-ness because he is problematic. in this sense I don’t think sympathizing is a positive thing. He and they want a “clean” image not because they are clean or think they are, but because they want to be perceived a certain way and want to keep their followers. He hides behind overtly narcissistic people, while trying to cover his own. It makes me think that he might be a covert narcissist; while Jeffree is an overt narcissist.

I think we need to stop making excuses for shane. He’s a grown ass man who consciously makes the decision to be toxic, problematic and the James situation proved this. Purposely sabotaging him, making false allegations because both jeffree AND shane wanted to destroy him and didn’t care how he’d feel. He’s not an empath. He’s not very caring anymore, maybe he used to be but it’s all a fake image he’s pushing to gain compassion from strangers like yourself. It’s not fair.

emmy xo I see your point. Maybe I wasn’t very clear in my delivery. I re explain what I meant in my response. I think we are saying the same thing. Maybe I should have said he relates (instead of sympathizes) to problematic people because he is one. For that is what I meant. I’m saying he wants to portray himself as having a clean new slate but clearly we can see that it is not true, by who he hangs out with.
