As someone who has watched Shane since I was 15 years-old (I’m 24 now) this is what I think he should do. Take a break from all things social media related for a month to maybe even longer. I think he should reach out to the Smith family privately and offer a sincere apology to them. Whenever he does come back he needs to disavow Jeffree Starr. He doesn’t have to make it some big thing, just say he no longer aligns himself with him and only if someone asks. Then he should only make and do content that he actually likes to do. People will still watch, but he may never have the same traction and fan base he had in the past. He needs to stop pretending to be someone he’s not. He needs to also reach out to Tati privately and apologize for making her feel manipulated into making a video. That’s really all he can do if he wants to continue his KZbin career or even any sort of entertainment career. However, I think he should still reach out and privately apologize to the people he has hurt in the past. Just a mess and not really how I ever viewed Shane...
