I’ve been following gen since she was pregnant (bc I was pregnant too and we had our baby boys around the same month) and I love her content! I still keep up with her to this day🫶🏻 listening to her speak about pp helped me realize that I’m not the only one on the same boat, I have a 4 month old and I can relate so much to her. I enjoyed this podcast because I got to know so much more about her and I love her vibe so much😭💖 I’m glad she got out of her comfort zone to film this podcast 🙌🏻 her makeup is always bomb too✨✨✨

Def love how she opened up about ppd A lot of women don’t like to speak about it and being on medication for it but it def helps! Mental health matters soo much! We def need to break the chains on that and I love how you guys are all for therapy ❤

PPD happens due to lack of deficiencies of vitamins your body is lacking because when pregnant your baby takes all your nutrients and leaves you without lil to no vitamins and it because a deficiency. Honestly I say keep drinking prenatals and also your diet eat lots of fruits with seeds they contain lots of nutrients hope that helps. It also has to due to hormonal imbalances same reason has to do with lack of vitamins and minerals. Vitamin D deficiency can cause anxiety and depression you must get 1 hour of sun light daily.
