If ur interested; if u have a leg cramp, it's a lot like a chinese finger trap. u have to push the muscle together for it to release. A cramp in ur calf muscle; u grab 1 side of the muscle like the lower part by the ankle. Than grab the other 1 that's closer to the knee and push them together, trying to make those 2 ends meet. It should relax.

Hi stephanie u r the best in wat u do, really love it. Keep it up ! For more than 5 yrs i got bad leg cramps exactly like u did on this episode. Would get a bit better with stretching n massaging only to have it come back almost immediately. It's excruciating n i tried everythg to get rid of the cramps when it attacks but nothing worked until i discovered using hot water bag or running my leg in very hot water. After that i always kept my legs n feet warm especially when sleeping n not letting the air conditioning hit my legs. N i started taking vit D too. Not had cramps like that for last 2 yrs since. Hope u will not experience that agn. I know how painful it is.

Omg Stephanie screaming and asking for help with the leg cramp is SO relatable 😂 I have fibromyalgia and anytime something like that happens I’m like “husband!”. We’ve been together since high school and we’re in our 30s now, so he’s used to it 🤣🤣🤣

As a person who lives somewhere where horseback riding is very common, I think it's good to help people overcome trauma/fear 😭💜 like ofc things that stop you from living life are the most important but helping out people who have fear/trauma from something they love is also a good thing 😭 wish it was available for everyone tho 😭💜
