Installing NEW Rolon Sprocket Kit for Himalayan

It would be really helpful to know under what circumstances the chain sprocket needs a replacement.

One of my known issue: one part of chain would be tight and another portion would be loose. So if you adjust the slack based on any tightness, it results in your chain hitting the swingarm more often. My both sprockets were maintained well, but still the wear combination of chain and rear sprocket seems to be the culprit. Bike ran 18k kms.

U should never keep your fuel low in a fuel injected motorcycle it is very harmful for the bike

Just get the bike. Remaining mods are 3rd party. You need to replace stock relays, air filter, mirrors, crash guard, saddle stay, etc etc.... There is no stopping. Stock bike is trash. Very unreliable unless you're just riding to the local barber in the city. Lot of upgrades are necessary to make it a somewhat decent bike. You're welcome.
