Come to the dark side my Gut brother!! 😈 Nah, happy to hear you are adding calisthenics into your program, and working on health! When I was my most "powerful" I lifted heavy 3xs a week and did calisthenics 2xs. I might not be as strong as I was, but I'm in the best shape I've ever been. Even tho I got a gut too and it don't look like I'm in good shape 😂 the medical numbers don't lie. Great video. Your power might go down, but your muscular endurance and work capacity will increase greatly 💪🏽
