In my personal opinion, I think Pokemon Go would be so much better if they simply made every Pokemon available all the time. I find myself playing so much less when the Pokemon available to be caught is kind of underwhelming. I think all Pokemon should be available with different pop-up rates depending on the Pokemon. It'd give the game a little more of a surprise factor when you find a Charizard randomly or maybe even a Garchomp, just an idea.

But that’s exactly what happens in the game almost every Pokémon is available in the wild and the reason you don’t see certain Pokémon that often is either they are really rare or it depends on the season

I had bad feeling that we don't has complete Sinnoh Pokedex during Sinnoh Tour. If you think twice this is too much with Arceus, Manaphy, Phione, Shiny Shaymin, Origin Palkia and Origin Dialga in the single Sinnoh tour? This is not Niantic style give too much rare pokemon in the single even ticketed huge event. Manaphy and Phione definitely not in Sinnoh tour. Arceus can extremely least possibility to debut in Sinnoh tour. Reason: back to Pokemon Legend Arceus, Arceus is the middle pokemon with Origin Palkia and Origin Dialga left and right side of it.
