Spinach and Ricotta Lasagna meatless night!

Tonight is our meatless night so I'm making a spinach and ricotta lasagna with an easy homemade sauce. Full of flavor you don't miss the meat.
Ingredients
Sauce
1 bell pepper
six cloves of garlic
two smaller Vidalia onions
10 to 13 Roma tomatoes
three tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
two to three tablespoons tomato paste Jesus
half teaspoon oregano
one teaspoon red chili pepper flakes
optional a drizzle of truffle oil
ricotta filling
two 475g containers of ricotta
5 oz baby spinach
half teaspoon of garlic powder
salt to taste
I use real mozzarella in a ball. I also use the 100% whole wheat lasagna pasta. You don't have to you can use what you'd like
