Spinach & Cheese Soufflé Marci’s Farmhouse Kitchen
(recipe copy/pasted from sweet Jamie!)
*8 Eggs
*16 oz (2 cups) cottage cheese
*1 stick butter melted
*1 TBS onion flakes
*4 TBS flour
*1 lb grated cheese
*2 pkg chopped frozen spinach (thawed and drained of excess water)
(I halve the spinach as my family does not like so much)
1 lb ground breakfast pork sausage
Mix first 5 ingredients. Add drained spinach, cheese and sausage. Pour into a 9x13 baking dish. Cook for 1hr at 375 degrees
