• Spinach: 500 g 🥬
• Ricotta: 500 g 🧀
• Mozzarella: 250 g 🧀
• Grated Parmesan cheese: 200 g 🧀
• Salt and pepper 🧂
• Garlic: 1 clove 🧄
Ingredients for Béchamel Sauce:
• Milk: 500 ml 🥛
• Butter: 50 g 🧈
• Flour: 50 g 🌾
• Nutmeg 🌰
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Spinach: Start by blanching the spinach, then chop finely and set aside. 🌿
2. Make the Béchamel Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, add flour, and stir until smooth. Gradually whisk in milk, bring to a boil, and simmer until thickened. Season with nutmeg, salt, and pepper. 🍶
3. Assemble the Lasagna: Layer lasagna noodles with ricotta, spinach, mozzarella, and béchamel sauce in a baking dish.
Repeat until ingredients are used up, finishing with a layer of béchamel and grated Parmesan cheese. 🍲
4. Bake: Cover with foil and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly. 🍽️
