My spine Doctor is really nice but only said after saw my MRI you had L4L5 .so ?????You explained what spine stenosis is , showed disc -canal and how they pinch the nerve. . Dear Dr. Donnally, I saw last Friday Dr. Alexander Butler you’ve recommended, he was so thrilled when I showed him your referral in the previous video comment, he probably already called you. Dr. Butler ordered to repeat MRI cervical & spine & lumber to have a clearer picture what’s exactly going on, my symptoms: sever gluteal spasms in conjunction with paresthesia, weakness in that are as well throughout the body. I have all issues with my spine you’ve covered in this video : lumber Anterolisthesis, radiculopathy; L5; S1 nerve impingement, L5 herniated disk, L4 annual tear multilevel spondylosis; cervical myelopathy; genetic thorax scoliosis; recent lumber levoscoliosis T11,T12 issues, Acetabulum labrum posterior anterior tears by now doing all kinda PT’s .. and so on From an athlete a few years ago to wheelchair, bed bound. Beyond myself. Grateful for all your genuine work you so kindly sharing with people in need of proper knowledge.

I had a 13 vert fusion, scheuermanns, lordosis, mild scoliosis. Nerve root severed during surgery. Other complications. Blood transfusion and resuscitation at surgery. Had to return to work having horrible time. Acute depression set in.

@ yes sir. I’m at a loss and not sure what to do. Follow up appointment end of January. Severe pain and don’t know how long I’ll be able to take it. A decade + of chronic pain pre surgery doesn’t touch how I feel now. I may inquire about telemedicine for an opinion. Thanks Dr Donnally

Would alternating frozen pinky fingers numbness (frozen fingers) at night while sleeping on the side (right side left pinky, left side right pinky) be suggestive of cervical myelopathy? Or is rather ulnar nerve issue? Patient with known. Moderate canal and foraminal stenosis at c5-c6 and c6-c7, normal appearing c7-t1. Thanks

Can you discuss Thoracic issues. I had a cervical fusion at C4-C5-C6-C7. I have upper bilateral pain in my shoulders, down my thoracic, any upper body twisting and bending over. I have herniation at t7-t8 ..shmorlz node at t10...I also have dexiscoliosis, ddd, herniations and other bulges in lumbar and cervical...6 rounds of Physical therapy and anything with lifting repetitive activity makes it unbearable. Do mri with contrast show more, do Xray or Mri for scoliosis differ from a regular order of a mri of the thoracic spine. Numerous spine things going on....

Hello, I had lower injection on my lower back and it works for two days. I had 2nd shots at my neck and it seem to works for two months. For my lower back injection left me with good side bruise since Oct 2023 till today, Is that normal sir? Got both of x-ray and MRI both of report told me that Everything about my spinal are minimal to fix. What should I do next?

I always get asked have I red flag symtons going to toilet bowels etc. Which I do not what I do have is pain can't bend right and take numbness in front legs on and off to me this is serious enough which is destroying my life due to l5 s1 disc hernation but waiting years in UK to get anything done.

Thank you for this Dr. I fell at work in August of 2018, took the insurance Company 16 months before I received a cervical laminectomy with fusion C1-C7, 12 screws , two rods, post forward to December 2023, I woke up in excruciating pain my L4/L5, loss of bowels, , pain subsided until just the last 2 months, back again with loss of bowels while sleeping , and leakage as well, I go for another MRI tomorrow with contrast , I told my Dr.sbout this time with the bowels and leakage which is why I’m having the mri again, nothing was done this time last year not sure why !! I’m in constant 24 hour pain , on meds ,but they are just not strong enough I guess! I’m very scared what’s going to happen but I cannot live my life like this, should the Dr suggest a surgery in my lower extremities, it’s all impingement L4-L5 ..do I go for it? I’m scared it will not have good results like my laminectomy! My thighs, legs back and neck throb always! Thoughts? Any advice would be great !much more involved , just the shirt version !
