Spindown Dice is an extremely powerful item, but it's really the posterchild for Nicalis not telling players necessary information about this game. I honestly have no idea how players are expected to use it without the External Item Descriptions mod.

Great item that gives you opportunities out of items you would never have had much use for especially ones like azazels rage -> twisted pair, Thunder thighs -> holy mantle or sanguine bond -> sacred orb. It can create amazing runs out of the trash you find throughout it :D

Sinvicta: "We'll go angel deals, we haven't done that in a while." Also Sinvicta: Immediately goes Devil Deal the second he can. (Just kidding, I know that Goat's Head + 9 Lives is too good to pass up. But I DO notice that Devil deals HAVE been lacking lately, this run notwithstanding, compared to Angel Deals)

I think that spindown die is one of the most powerful space bar items in Isaac. It’s one of the only items that allows you to pick and choose the items you take, and since it’s rerolls are fixed, it allows for a great deal of consistency. One of the best rerolls it can give is Blood Bag into Brimstone, and with how powerful the multi brim synergy is, it can be an incredible way to kickstart a run when the game seems intent on screwing you over.

Your passing on Pluto reminded me of a run I had with it a couple days ago. I was running down the ladder in a crawlspace, and went straight through the floor and ended up in the I Am Error room! I had no idea that was possible.

Sinvicta, you should get an alexa Echo show for your bedroom. I use an app called sleep jar for my white noise to help my sleep. It's my alarm clock, my news, my music, my weather, displays my pictures, and plays my sinvicta videos when I don't want to get out of bed. Best thing I ever put in on my side table!❤️ Hope you get some good rest soon. Med adjustments suck.

It's kinda depends on ur attitude. I mean, couple years ago getting full marks on lost was that hard, that, after finally achieving that goal i stopped playing for like 1.5 year. And recently I got those marks (new savefile) on a lost like it's not a deal at all, and even completed 7 marks on a t lost so far, while before that char was nightmare for me. I bet if u'll be about starting new file and will need another forgotten unlock it would be close to piece of cake for you, since u know, that u can do it

Day 414 of listing items by item ID: More Options! Probably my weakest of the "options" items, but still strong and can lead to some nice opportunity where there wasn't. Also day 66 of underrated items (and trinkets): Hypercoagulation! Rewards good reaction time with health regeneration, and has no cooldown so you can play demon judgments and temperance machines for free if you are good/fast enough.

Wish you'd give conjoined a chance, the small damage down is nothing compared to the huge dps boost, tear effect synergy (angelic prism here!) and crowd control you get. Also, you should go a little harder on cambion conception when you get a room like the one at 30:44, maybe you'll get a d-bizzle ;)
