hello and again well done and thank you for your many videos. I wanted to know if you were going to do intermediate level tutorials please? I see you give lessons online, but English is not my mother tongue and we are not from the same time zone. And I learned a lot from KZbin videos. Of course I understand that your courses are paying. But if just once in a while you could just share a few combos or tips, that would be really great! I can hope :p ?

Hi there Lela! The two hoop courses I offer online are both pre-recorded, self paced courses. Foundations of Hoop Dance is the basic beginner course. This one here 'Body Rock Hoop Dance' would be considered my intermediate - advanced level course. There are a lot of tricks in the Foundations Course, though Body Rock is purely intermediate - advanced level instruction on body hooping (legs, shoulders, waist, chest, vertical hooping). It's designed to teach people how to control the hoop on body while dancing at the same time.
