The very first hoop I'm dancing with in the intro is a 90cm bodyrock here: spinjoy.com.au/collections/hula-hoops/products/body-rock-dance-hula-hoops The first rainbow one I talk about in my explanation is an 80cm taped light weight polypro. Thank you for your brilliant tutorial. I am managing to hoop using your instructions but I think my form must be bad. Even though I keep the hoop up for a good length of time the next day I have a back ache (not from bruising) or tight hamstrings/front of thighs. Do you have any advice to avoid this? Thank you.
