On the contrary, most predatory dinos probably had pretty good eyesight. T-Rex has excellent binocular vision. It can see you up to 4 miles away. Staying still won't matter when you're sweating your ass off in the hot sun and these predators pick up your scent.

Now Spinosaurus may be formidable but he has a major weak spot, and that’s its sail, since it’s connected to its spine, if you break its sail, he’s dead and paralyzed, that’s the one spot where Spinosaurus is vulnerable and Indominus can detect weaknesses, so Indominus has every advantage to take Spinosaurus down

In real life it's confirm that even if the Sail breaks the spinosaurus will still be alive because the sail is just only an extension of the spinal vertebrate and the spinal cord is house inside of it so even if any damage happens a long side the sail it will most likely happened far away from the spinal cord fare enough for a spino two not get handicapped and it makes absolutely no sense of the spino daying if it's sail brakes because in order for to actually get paralized the spinal cord itself must be severed
