When your in manual 1st gear. You can put it half way into gear. So its actually slower. Almost like crawl control. Dont fill the white little bar on the gear all the way up.

I did this at first to but after finding out how mutch easier the game was using the gearbox u never go back to full A. Not to fun runing out of fuel or get stuck in hardcore and u cant recover to garage. Also feels alot better gameplay wise not needing the winch all the time.

When you left clic the mouse, you can lead the "pointer-arrow" to the gearbox icon and click and hold on it. That will automatically change to manual, then you can set your gear and also put it back on auto... :-)

Your goal is to pick up logs and bring them to the lumber mill. However be sure to explore and unlock all vehicles, look out points and garages as doing that will improve your gameplay and make it easier.... ish.

@@danielparker8189 Yeah same here. I'm currently trying it out with PlayStation Now but I have to say I like it. I mean I see why you and many people don't like it. It is repetitive when it comes to objective. And it's very slow paced obviously but I think it's more like a "puzzle" or maybe the right word would be strategy. Or a mind game? I don't know, basically I think the "fun" factor is in the journey. You need to play it smart and think about what you are about to do and how it will effect your vehicle. It challenge your skills as a driver. I guess that is the main point of the game. Maybe, I don't know... But in my opinion I like it but I agree with you that the objective and gameplay are repetitive.
