We have a few different options, they just all have different names. Try looking at our videos on carousels or single-time butterflies.

In the guard that I was in when I was in high school, and coach now, we do about the same thing, but on the third time it comes in front of the body, we toss it and call it a front toss!

We have a similar "Windmill Toss" depending on the choreography :-)
