Those rollers actually look comfortable. Love your locs, and can’t wait to see the results!☺️

Yes they are comfortable. They remind me of the pink sponge rollers with the plastic snap that I use to use on my bangs when I was a kid. Slightly firmer but yeah I slept with these rollers in for two nights and it was fine.

I absolutely love your SLs! Mines is 14 years old and about your length. I have the lock loops but stopped using them years ago because of the time it takes for the whole process. I have perm flex rods but can't sleep in those, only lock loops are soft enough. I look forward to seeing your results. Your hair is always beautiful 😍! Thanks for all of your hairstyling inspiration☺

Hi Tia! It is a process. I’m just glad I can still curl at this length. Thanks so much for tuning in and commenting! Have you found that it’s quicker to roll with the perm rods? I want to try both perm rods and flexi rods. Have you ever tried Wrapaloc rollers!
@tianickolemua235510 ай бұрын
@@ibyl Both are equally the same time. Never heard of wrapaloc! I will look into it. Thanks!

Beautiful! Where did you find the loc loops? I would love to try these on my own. I have flexi rods, which I like a lot, but it would be nice to have some that lock into place!
@ibyl10 ай бұрын
Yes I love that they lock in place and are easy to sleep on if you need to keep them in. The rollers can be purchased at the lockloops(dot)com site.

I heard you mention trying to use perm rods or flexi rods on your locs. I'd like to see your results when you try it.

Yes I need to purchase both. I may make a trip to the beauty supply soon. When I tried looking on Amazon I was unsure of the sizing.

Simply gorgeous! What rollers are these? Any idea where to get them? I haven’t done a thing with these locs style-wise since having my little one and I need a “me” day so I might as well get a good style in too! Just curious, how many lock loops did it take you to achieve this look?
@ibyl9 ай бұрын
Thank you! You definitely deserve a pamper /selfcare day! The rollers are called Lock Loops. They can be purchased at Lockloops(dot)com. I used about 50 lock loops (in their largest/longest size) but how many needed depends on length and number of locs you have. I would actually want to buy more then I can make the curl tighter by putting less hair on a roller. Happy Curling!

Can I sit under a dryer instead of wearing for 2 days? How wet do make the hair?
@ibyl10 ай бұрын
Yes you can sit under the dryer. I sat under the dryer but I had some off days from work and left rollers in longer. As long as hair is completely dry you can remove rollers.
