this is honestly the best part of the game. The story has been really fun, Its basically like having a game inside a game. it feels like a more jrpg version of Darkest Dungeon. For most gachas u just cant do anything fun or anything at all if dont have stamina.

Yeah I think that although the stamina is easy to spend quickly, there is this whole other aspect of the game that is for the 'downtime'.

Correction about the characters you can take with you. The skills are not random. You probably started your run before you unlocked the skills for your Gloria which is why her flag throwing ability was missing. Any skills you have on a character you take with you will be there when you start your run. Also for anyone thats curious about when you unlock another character slot. I am currently out of keys to play Spiral. I was able to complete 4 full runs with 4 different endings. I was short 2 Astrals of unlocking another extra character slot. So it will take 5 runs of Spiral Destiny to unlock another character slot.

I also thought was random but yeah in the second run I see how op it is to bring your own characters, do you know any trick to start closer to the endings? or is just those orbs? I did a iria run got a bad ending, wanted to choose the other option and finally got the "good" ending somehow but took ages even if skipping cutscenes I already seen, and also consumed 2-3 keys because It didn't let me start near the end

I love this mode so much. It feels like a game you would pay full price for, for free. The story is way better than I expected. Probably my favorite mode ever in a mobile game. Hopefully they will keep adding on to it with new stories.

thank you for talking this part of the game a bit tips from me is: every faction are having specialize upgrade on certain part, papal state upgrade sanctuary, union upgrade forge, and iria upgrade beryl workshop. i think upgrading facility on that part is better than upgrading facility your faction not specialize with (i.e you upgrading forge when playing iria). but i think what should be upgrade the most is training, because thats better place to upgrade that directly increase your unit strength

I love how choices really effect the game mode also if you keep certain allies alive or kill certain enemy it effect the out come. Like if you keep him alive after stage you get his side story or he will join your team. Also if you kill enemy general before he retreat you don't have to fight the follow up stage . And some or your allies who die relate to him might be save. So ya even if the stage don't say it as condition or extra condition you still might want to keep it perfect. Ofcourse it is rogue like so it is choice after choice after choice which is really really good.

I keep rank it up until silver and whe n i try to rank up yherenis a notification about difficulty increase, so i decided to see what the notification if i choose jot publicize. So I press it and there is no warning and now im keep looking how to toggle on that jncreasing difficulty. There is no one talk ahout this or write about this. I realize that before I press the opt to not publicize it. Need help on this.

Dantalion is a Machiavellian evil genius if you side with him, im kinda bummed I got the bad ending though, if you ask for aid from the king's army make sure you save 30000 gold for later, I think you can get away with saving 15000. Choose the right upgrade for Thunderstruck as later mobs with all loads more HP thus making the right upgrade much more worth it, especially when facing bosses. A few notes from my personal experience with Spirals of destiny, idk if this is meta but hey I really liked my playthrough with this: --Tailored training that applies a shield that is 15% of your hp is BUSTED and its supper affordable, good luck finding it though so far 2 out of 2 playthroughs I came across it --I personally go for missions that have town upgrades as generally it makes town activities cheaper. (I got an OP 3 week tailored training to go from costing 3800 to 1300) + if you get supper lucky from a town upgrade that you can unlock a dispatch that gives you a town upgrade every 3 weeks. --Upgrading the difficulty is always worth it, I'm not a super meta player and so far I did platinum (or the mission that is past gold) and the missions were still pretty easy. --Level up 3 of the shield class (guardian I think the one with the green icon) to 15 and two to 25 for the money dispatch (I think you get get away with 2 but its always good to have a spare.) --Thunderstruck is OP, some missions just require you to kill a boss, early and midgame (assuming you leveled thunderstrike) and you can use you worst characters in that mission and one shot the boss with Thunderstruck. --Make sure you have one of each class type and rotate them into training for exp so that you have them high level, the reason you do this is for the Luxite workshop sometimes will require a class that is high level, so you use that alt character instead of your main dream team. This is basically the roguelite mode sorta not really but kind of so some of the persons you recruit that ask for resources aren't really that great. Also on my 3rd playthrough and there is never a healer that is in the roster at the tavern, good thing they supply you with Angel by default so manage her stamina % wisely.

The story mode has been great so far. Recently I couldn't do a Darklight related mission several weeks ago, and the game told me that “Not doing the mission would have consequences”, due to time constraints couldn't do it, and guess what, Darklight cultists invaded the town in a do or die critical mission lol

Yes I was rushing tower of conquest, you get a lot of pulls and rainbow weapons but isn't useful for this mode, now can try it more, only got 2 endings

Aside from the generous rewards (I have finished all of them), I still keep coming back for different endings. Currently, I'm siding with The Union and I have a stacked Maitha and Col there. Col especially, she has almost max crit, tons of crit damage, lifesteal and traverses almost a third of the map when she attacks. Haha

Nothing amuses me more than when Col ends up across a map from movement, and then her counter that puts her behind the enemy.

not sure if its been said but blessing from sanctuary does not lower stamina. It lowered the luxite power of the sanctuary which recovers over time.

Not that I know. When you finish some paths you get a beacon to make other endings easier to achieve, but there’s not a rewind type feature to redo a certain week.

It’ll reset your run from what I know. So you’d start your next spiral path by using a key and making your new journey selections. I’ve not done this personally, but appears to be the consensus talking with others who have.

Wtf, I'm at chapter 4 and for a while now I've been like, oh I think this is about to end, but damn. They story is been pretty great, and actually there were many options that felt impactful later on starting on chapter 2-3, Idk how important most of these options will end up being in the long term but they feel important. And many things I didn't expect at all happened, it's a breath of fresh air to have a gacha with a serious story, I hope they extend it over time. I wonder if there's a canon time line

I don't think any story there is canon, like you decide which faction "wins" but the canon should be the fools journey where you try to do things in the afterlife (also maybe the canon is the one where you just die at the start, or maybe all these runs in spiral of destinies is what you do after getting all tarot cards to achieve the best ending where everyone lives)

You can take in 3 characters to begin with from the GACHA system. The skills are not random. They come in with the skills you have equipped when you bring them in, but ONLY the ones equipped. None of the same gear and none of the levels.

I wonder how many will be given each week each ending takes around 3 to 4 keys to complete, assuming you are starting at part 3. I finished 3 endings, and there are 6 more and I am left with 8 keys. It is gonna take forever to complete the spiral of destiny. The reward pretty much only provide you with goodies until you finish 1 ending (at node 6/7) The story is good though, but it will get repetitive after you get to a certain point. it is fun, but I am worried that the world building is gonna be a mess. as far as I've experienced, each ending conclude the story of a faction. which means future updates are likely to introduce new factions? If so the world building is gonna be massive. Any idea what is the update for this mode like in TW server?

I wanna ask you something about the main chapter Is the Rawiyah really die in the main chapter? If she is death, why she is appear on animation at the end of chapter 2? (i forgot it is chapter 2 or 1) I just skip some story so i lost track of what going on after the chaos on capital

In the initial city siege she does die. If I remember correctly you are basically fishing them out of the ether. All of the initial 4 (including yourself) die at first.

I believe you can abandon your current run on the main screen for Spiral where it says more. That would waste your progress though so you may be better off just finishing your chapter and getting the knowledge points. Then you can choose to not continue.

Honestly i would have prefered if tha gamr didnt have this branching stories and diff ending but just a long story with charachter developpement and all to see them evolve if u redo everething from the beginning every time for me knowing about a charachter is pontless he wouldnt evolve . And i have questions plz in the original server how did the story develop ? Did they add more endings or did they add story to the original endings

Not even close to a whale yet lol. I’ll still spend more and will get the selector eventually. I want to support the game and am getting tons of value from it. As far as I know selector is only once, but maybe one day they will bring it back for something special like an anniversary. One could hope.

Never understood why someone would play an J/RPG and not care about or be interested in the story. That's like 50% of the meat of that type of game. Personally love the story, it and the gameplay really remind me of Final Fantasy Tactics but without the annoying game mechanic of tying the enemies level to your own ( and god help you if you level too far too early, say Hi to entire fields of Red Chocobo then die! ) That being said, Spiral Destinies is definitely not a game mode you're gonna wind up playing on your breaks at work, not unless you skip everything but combat.
