One can have the tools but it still takes intellect to produce what you make clever

Thank you so much. I have quite the collection of tools from 30 years of fabricating. And as we saw here I am always experimenting and trying out new ideas and testing my skills.

Nice work! Couple questions. 1) what's the pneumatic attachment on the press 2) how do you know when to stop pre-stretching, so you don't over or under develop before you press a shape in?

It is a 20 ton air over hydraulic jack from Harbor freight. I would say trial and testing for pre-stretch. Cut some matching pieces and do a bead with no pre-stretch. Measure the loss in dimension on panel. Then do a little pre-stretch and make the same bread and see how it looks. When you got it right you won't lose and dimension in the panel size and it will be nice and flat.

When you pre sand your panels. What grit are you using?
