I love this one too - have used it as a warm up, and it is really good for my back and hips!

Thank you for a really great stretching session . Clear helpful instruction with an increasing level of difficulty had me feeling wonderfully flexible at the end of the class.

I might have invented the floor ones myself (intuitive feel-good exercises), but the first two were new and also gave relief for my upper back after brutalizing it by today's skating session. Plus, now I have a new way of scaring innocent passers-by in a holistic way. ;)
