My intuition today has said to free write. Then I chose this video to watch this morning as I was looking for guidance from you. For years I use to do "Morning Pages" . When I started to meditate I found it hard to carve out time for writing. Yet feel it is the best way to declutter my mind so I may be able to hear the guidance that is always there. The way you said I started writing. I let my pen flow and wrote whatever came to my mind. It actually worked like a magic. I was in certain confusion which is solved now as I received the correct guidance. I am thankful to you and universe for this. while I was writing I turned my page and as soon as I picked the paper in my hand, my hand started shivering very fast. I got scared for while and felt my energy in the highest frequency in my arm. I left it for a while but again I continued and as I finished and read it again. This is good advice, but I think contacting your spirit guides is unique for each person, so rather than following a set "formula" or "technique" I would just experiment to find that unique way that you and your guides communicate best with each other.

@@robertpreston2220 You are wrong.The key words are surrender yourself and have faith in them.Another thing is patience as it is a crucial thing when you are undergoing spiritual process.You should also be in energy of gratitude all the time to let them know they're welcomed.You basically push your guides away if you become obsessed over how things should work and try to manipulate outcomes to get what you thought was best as she clearly mentioned this in her book.

I know the exact voice you are referring to Gabby. I have also always kept journals and still have tons of them that I've kept over time. Something flows within you and before you know it, everything you need is on that page. You really do start to hear a voice higher than yourself. It's a truly wonderful experience, it's definitely not crazy. I guess writing makes your thoughts a physical thing and that powerfully unleashes that guidance within. This has reminded me how important journaling is for me to access my spirit and guidance, thank you.

Some people are so rude I'm sorry for them. Once I too was a judgmental Christian like them. But now I'm realizing I'm a medium and I can give readings. I've been struggling to hear my spirit guides through my readings and this is exactly what I needed to hear. I've tried automatic writing but this seems so much more genuine. Whenever I am really struggling, I hear a bird song that is now so familiar to me- the fairy wren. My grandmother loved fairy wrens, and a few weeks after she passed they started hanging out in our garden. And I could feel so strongly that it was her. I still can. It's so powerful and I always know I'm supported because they always show up in my times of great need :)

Sister! This may be my favorite video of yours! It resonated so truly with me. I, too, wrote like that when I was a kid and continue to do it (albeit not as often) as I'm getting older. This rung true because I totally get what you're talking about when you explain the "voice" that comes through and how even your handwriting looks a little different. And I can sort of differentiate between my own voice and the voice that comes through. (My own occasionally interrupts...and I can tell such a big difference between the two when I do!) The voice is ever-loving, ever-present ("they like to let me know often that I REALLY CAN call upon "them" whenever. It's truly at MY request!!!) Each time I am "told" this, I am generally disappointed on how little I actually do reach out for this type of guidance when it is quite literally inside me all along. The strength of the voice is also a dead giveaway. The confidence of the words are simply not of "me". I am, by nature, a more anxious person, so to hear something with great authority and assuredness is not my normal self-talk. This happened to me once. What happened is I was wanting to apologize to a relative that I hurt but I had know idea what to say. So I asked for help from either God or My spirit guides, I dont remember which one. All of a sudden my head felt lighter snd all these ideas and sentences kept popping into my head. I started to write them down on a scrap of paper and my hand could barely keep up with the speed of the words. I was writing all over the paper and around the corners as I had no space left to write on the paper. I then emailed the info to the relative and all was forgiven. It was a form of Channelling from divine consciousness and it felt amazing.

I have meet 2 of my guides, they show me things like flashes of images...like.~~~. I saw me and a friend of mine out in my back yard st night, there was a full bright moon and a fire pit blaring ..we where energizing crystal in the moon light.there were entities around, we were both sitting and meditating....~~~~ I draw the images that i can remember I start recording everything in "My Book" and that is was guides me. I have a couple of questions regarding spirit guides. Do you get more than one? Do the same ones stay with you for life? Can you get to find out their names, and can you call on them when you want them, or do they just come to you? I used to go to a spiritualist Church in the 1980s and was told I had a spirit guide who was always with me when I attended in there.. That guy had an accident on his motorbike and was killed. He used to bring his motorbike with him. He used to amuse mediums with his character. He would swear sometimes, and also joke. Nothing in a malicious way. They obviously didn't repeat the bad language but just used to say he's swearing again, and laugh, and then he would make wise cracks about things. They said people have the same personalities when they go over to the other side, they are not all angelic. He was just what you might call a plain speaking guy. A lovable rogue they said. Is he still my guide?

to me, i was kind of scared to try it at first, then i did it, ask for help with weight, depression and money spending, i even asked if i call it rabbit (the word/name rabbit wouldn't leave my mind) i asked if it was okay to call him/her that. it replied with yes four times, i even wrote to it, i'll talk tomorrow and get back to some anime, it replied "cya tomorrow then" and for some reason my hand felt like it was being forced/pushed down to the paper to write, did everything you said, it seemed like a cool guide

Pooja just tryp to quiet your mind and focus on your question. For most people, your guide will be that first automatic response. Sometimes it comes through before you even finish asking your ? and the answers come in what sounds like your own voice. It's very subtle. Just sounds like thoughts or like you're having a conversation in your head. Always say a blessing or prayer before doing anything and then state your intention. Always ask for the beings of the highest and wisest and to share information for the highest good of all involved. One more thing to note, your angels and guides can't help you unless you ask for it. I hope this helps!

I used to be into this side of spirituality before I found the truth and because of my lack of knowledge on the spiritual side I was very trusting of many spirits but seriously just cos a spirit treats you right doesn’t mean they’re good why would evil show you their true colours straight away obviously they’d wanna trick you into thinking they are good so you trust them and then once they have your trust it’s easy for them to take you down a path full of deception and distractions to keep you from finding the truth like a lot of things wether physical or spiritual different activities have demonic spirits linked to them and when you get into certain things you are actually opening yourself up to these malevolent beings and the more you communicate with them the more likely it’ll be that you are deceived by them because these beings have been around for thousands of years they not only have a lot of knowledge about humans and the way we work but they also have had a lot of practice with different tools of deception and knowing what buttons to push to get the outcome they want and trust me they actually do have an agenda and they take it seriously it’s not in their nature to be nice it’s in their nature to deceive just because things have been going well for you doesn’t mean a high level or spiritual influence hasn’t been going on in your and others lives to keep you doing what you’re doing and not think about a change of spiritual path but maybe you should maybe you should start doing things different for a while and see if these so called guides will stick with you if you really do wanna test them turn to Jesus and see how they like that

The course in miracles refers to our inner being or teacher (given to us by God) as being the Holy Spirit who is connected to infinite mind, source and the great creator as are we. We may have many guides and source is divided into family of like minded intent. I've read that we are like cells in the heart of the Great Creator and all one. I also believe it's true. Miracles started to happen when I started meditating and studying A Course in Miracles.

So I’ve been down this lane of wanting to connect with my spirit but not really knowing how. Ive been trying to ask questions then writing the first thing that comes to mind down for yrs. Every single time I either get what I know to be true, want to be true or its a false answer. I have a question, because over the past year, I began becoming interested in astrology, now I use tarot cards and have been looking into channeling. I'm interested in learning to channel spirit guides, but I would like to know if it's dangerous to do so. Are there risks of becoming vulnerable to bad spirits or beings? I just want to know what the ability to channel entails.

Hi Gabrielle, thank you for posting great videos. Have been watching them lately. I have watched this video 2 weeks ago & ur new videos this morning about angels+ meditation+ writing through. I have tried writing,did the prayer and asked them to write through, however it hasn't worked for me. I have tried this already couple of times.Can I do something else? I would very much want that they control the writing and give answers. What will be ur suggestion? I am an intuitive person and follow the numbers by angels. ive been having a lot of trouble with just trusting myself. i want to believe and connect with my guides but i have a constant thought of "you are just making this up, you are just hearing what you want to hear'' or ''you arent good enough to be able to connect with them''..any tips?

carly principe I’m also unsure about this, but the tip looks obvious to me and I will try for myself right after reading these comments: simply play the game! It only takes free writing during 10-15 minutes so no big deal (ok, maybe we need to try several times). I’ll be fully open to it, so if there’s real guidance out there, bingo! 😄

Just in case they were actually there, I asked my spirit guides some time ago to show me a sign that I would recognise that they were there. Well, to date, no such sign has been received. So either they don't give a toss about me, in which case they shouldn't be spirit guides at all, or they aren't there, which is far more likely.

No, I didn't ask them to show themselves, merely to show me a sign that they were there...a sign I would recognise. Mathematics has nothing to do with it. I doubt that everybody has a spirit guide anyway. Some may do, but I don't.

I don't know they are with me. How could I? As far as I'm concerned, I am completely alone. When I was thrown into this world over 68 years ago, I was just left alone to get on with life the best I could and, as far as I'm aware, there has never been any help from the spirit world in doing this. As far as connecting with my inner self goes, I haven't the foggiest idea how to go about doing that. There are quite probably many other dimensions and planes of existence, but for the time being, I'm stuck in this one.
