Pile 1: I feel it as a personal reading, but all piles resonated with me. 🦄🌹💓 I've recently discovered chakra toning, where you hum different sounds for each chakra, and I also do chakra breathing meditation. I sometimes combine these two exercises. The effect is very calming and grounding. I have also been listening to a lot of Gregorian and Renaissance music, as well as the music of Hildegard of Bingen, who is such an inspiring figure on many levels. Many times, I dance or do stretching meditation while listening. I also play the kalimba and the lap harp intuitively. Music and sounds are a balm for the soul, and they help me so much! I would love to have more musical instruments and, perhaps one day, practice music therapy to help heal others. In the past few years I have been going through so much pain-mental, emotional, and physical. I felt unbearable depression and extreme anxiety. I felt crushed and torn apart, and every fiber of my being hurt. I have battled many health issues since childhood, but I mostly struggled on my own. Lately, I've been seeking "professional help" for my problems because they got worse. Unfortunately, the doctors have been very superficial, dismissive, and just plain wrong most of the time. The interactions left me triggered, angry, frustrated, and feeling even more alone and misunderstood. I have found much greater help from natural treatments, prayer, and music. I also take valerian and ashwagandha for sleep, calm, and grounding, as well as magnesium, fish oil, spirulina, B complex, maca, ginseng, vitamin D, and mushrooms for immunity. My dream is to live surrounded by nature, in a lovely house with a big garden and lots of pets. I want to make herbal medicine, do handcrafts, and live a life filled with bliss and wonder-like a prayer of love. I long to lose myself in the beauty and poetry of nature and creation. ✨🙏💫

Pile 1, unbelievable reading! I have breast cancer (funny that you had to cover a breast on the star card). I've been using music and sound frequency, energy alignment work, meditation, grounding and nature, essential oils and crystals. Visualisations and working with moon cycles. Massive lifestyle changes, particularly to my diet. Whole food plant based diet, all organic. Eating foods known to fight cancer. I could go on, I'm literally trying everything whilst also going down the traditional route which is brutal but the cancer is aggressive. The tumour is definitely shrinking, at a much faster rate than expected. My energy levels and vibration are remaining high most of the time. Getting lots of rest. I have a scan in a weeks time to check progress and I'm excited to see how far I've come. Oh Nia I have to tell you! So I picked pile 1 today and that thing you were mentioning about frequency. I have to mention that usually everyone has been helping me with discovering my gifts but this time I feel I have something new to mention. I did a little tarot card reading for myself about my gifts and I am not really a tarot reader I don’t technically know how to read them but I got a message for myself. Something I am doing is like I’m this piece of “fabric” (I think it’s energy) that is part of the universe /general space and I’m everything at once but Also that I am a physical manifestation of myself. (I know who I am I never lose it. )and I can feel all the stuff running through space. Im running through it. As a part of it. If that makes sense 😅 though I grew up to ignore it and even stop it. At least sort of. Probably just ignored it. Like this might sound weird but I could feel you a little bit ago and you mentioned me. It’s very strong 😅 sorry I don’t mean to freak you! I feel this with other people but sometimes I don’t want to hear from them so I ignore them lol. Or I ask for help too. I’m pretty protected so I don’t usually have to worry about them. I did that when I was younger NOTHING affected me. People tried to bring me down but they couldn’t. They tried and I felt sad but I always had a friend to console me and protect me around one way or another. I didn’t understand those people then but now I do. Still I won’t let em get me down! 😊also I just really wanted to give you a hug. Bye. Oh the thing about frequency I think just generally I have a frequency and I’ve been told it’s very healing. My other favorite is chocolate golden lion's mane coffee, mm mmm! That's just a mocha with lion's mane and turmeric/ginger I think haha

Hi dear Nia! When I liked your video it was 506 (ascending) and today of all days I was heading home and I started beatboxing but more like humming and calm beat boxing to calm me because work has been sooooo hectic (pile 1 of course - the moon 🥰) thank you my dear sister! Have you ever heard of the Dominican 21 Divisions? I just started getting into it. It may not be for everyone but it truly resonates with me because of my bloodline. I’ve been pushing my family to use frequency healing as alternative medicine because they have all been sick I pray they listen. Those are my meds (sounds). 44 has been popping out EVERYWHERE lately. I just learned about the rat that they’re actually a positive energy in the sense of community and abundance. I went through an abusive relationship with my children’s father and I know now why we went through that. It was counseling a young family friend we have who I never thought would go through something like that but she did while pregnant about a week ago and I was able to spend about 2 hours on the phone with her helping her though this and giving her the best advise I could since I feel in my heart I have truly healed from that but she’s still fresh and I pray that my guidance helps her truly get out of that.

Group number one. Thank you. I'm "desperately" trying to heal my body. Everything aches and I can not work. I'm so held back by this. Lots of trauma growing up. Many would not be able to comprehend it all... I'm humming during blood tests (I have a severe phobia, despite every thinkable therapy). Well, I guess I'm kinda special. 😂 The doctors want me on pain medication but I'm really sensitive to drugs and I hope to be able to heal myself, so I try to hang in there a little bit longer before I give up and try those drugs. 🙏🌸👍
