That was far our best day, what a great spot, hadn't been there in 20 years... Gotta show and talk about your railfan crew when there with you. Lol... Alot of trains that day. Was great to see you last weekend, can't wait to see the vids from our trip. Gary

I agree! Riverside Jct is such an awesome spot. I love those old signals and the grade crossing there. We got the best railfan crew for sure! Take care, Brother.

Absolutely beautiful, you guys have so much wonderful Freight coming through, we don't have anything like that out here. Smaller ones even bigger than the ones that come through my town but never any action like what you guys have. I could just let this play in the background while I'm doing stuff all day LOL. Oh yes, tons of freight trains. Most comes in on container trains. We also get a very cool variety of locomotives. Glad you enjoyed. If you ever come to SoCal, let me know and I show you all the good railfanning spots!

For sure! I always get excited to see those old search lights. There are still a healthy amount of them on the Coast Sub and up north on the UP Canyon Sub and even further east of Portola. They are very cool signals indeed!

Seems a common thing to see a Dark Horse leading trains through SoCal these days. Love the video, reminds me of my home for 25 years. Don't remember that spot, is that just adjacent to the 215? - Steve

Yep, it's just next to the 215 junction there in downtown Riverside. Lots of NS units come in to SoCal on BNSF especially on the Z-NYCLAC. They are always a treat to see on point. Thanks for watching!
