I have always wondered because you are saying "No cheese" in your titles. How or where is there a way to cheese in this game?

If you join the Spiritfall Discord and check the speedrun section you can find various ways which trivialize the game and which I would consider cheese. One of them allows you to spam dash without cooldown. I don't follow the discord closely, but last time I checked there was also some gimmick with bindings (used to be a problem in Dead Cells too, which was way too powerful). Not sure if the recent patches changed any of that.
