Spiritfall - Stray Souls 10 Run [No Glitches, No Cheese]

This is my Stray Souls 10 run with Battle Hammer-Axe. The idea of this build is to get Solar Eclipse and deal quick bursts of dmg with a Bolt + Launcher combo.
There are also some good synergies with water and ice which I didn't get this run, so I opted for some nature blessings.

Really cool run I have one question tho how do the stray souls work are they just used for the sacrifice thing or also something else

They are mainly for making it harder and more interesting I think (similarly to Heat in Hades or Ascension levels in slay the spire). As far as I know the sacrificing is the only thing where you can use them to your benefit.

I’m so used to hammer being a down launcher spam machine, it’s so refreshing to see how stylishly you use all your resources. Also is instant launcher a preference for you? I find it to be one of my least favorite enchantments for hammer…

I also really enjoyed the other rune where you fall slower and charge it yourself. But I think I still prefer instant launcher, because it allows to get in and deal a quick burst of dmg and get out (e.g., against shielded enemies and also bosses). But is has its downsides for sure.

Awesome run! One question: does Burn damage crits? I couldn't notice, everything so fast. :(

After watching more closely I'm pretty sure the burn damage does not crit.

The final boss always messes me up, i feel like she always slips away from me and bombards me with attacks i can barely dodge. You absolutely crushed her by yeeting her out of the arena, and it wasn't even a yamphas build 😅

I struggled with her 2nd phase at first. But then I got used to her patterns and realised yeeting her out of bounds does quite big damage. Now it is just a matter of being patient enough and not running in to the fire(?) pillars.

@@caligamingofficial Yeah it also try to knock her off, some assists make this a lot easier, solesh especially since you can weave it at the end of your combo to yeet her out. Mishved also works great so far i feel :) And going for a yamphas build always helps although my most succesfull run has been a kelumin solesh divine blessing to guarantee crits :D
