It’s cause people have no reasons to understand that you play a game to relax, and enjoy a break. Instead they want stressful game music which will not relax your body, but make your day-life worse.

Who cares about a useless GOTY award ? .. This music achieved so much more than getting a useless award .. It influenced and touched the lives of so , so many souls.. Such a thing leaves a mark on the passage of Eternity itself.

@@simonnilsson8375 People play games for many reasons, not just to relax. When I play Resident Evil I want to be scared, the music should be stressful. When I play Elden Ring the music should be triumphant as I overcome a difficult boss. When I play Doom, heavy metal should be blaring to match the intense gameplay. The beauty of video games is that there is something for every mood. It's okay if you only play games to relax but to say that other people's lives are being made worse for not playing games with relaxing music is a really ignorant and horrible take 😐

The story of this game absolutely hands down the most impactful video game story I have ever played...the only thing holding this one back from game of the year is the actual gameplay mechanics which got a bit repetitive and is pretty standard quality as far as resource management goes

Absolutely amazing. The swelling movements are great. When the tension finally breaks you're taken on a nostalgic journey back into a place we've all been but forgotten. This is a great soundtrack. I would love to see you post a video of a guitar arrangement for At Sea!!! thank you for composing this.

Played this game for the first time and it made me tear up. Played it again but let my 5 year cousins watch, they sobbed at the end when this song played. I thought it was so crazy, because when i let them watch me game they usually get upset and want to play, but this game had them fully captivated the entire playthrough.

Beautiful work on this OST. Its been about 9 months since I finished the game and I still think about it often and the music plays no small role in that. The way the light and cheery tone contrasts with the somber and spiritual tone makes it all feel so uplifting despite the sadness. I listen to the soundtrack every now and then and occasionally have to stop what I'm doing because I'm feeling too many emotions haha
