I had a player that wanted to be friends with her spirits and treated them more like fellow shadowrunners than as servants or even pets. I kinda liked that cuz she would do things like release her spirits before they were disrupted and stuff and she would roleplay them with personalities and have them input on team situations. Given that context i didnt penalize her for constantly rebinding those particular spirits. Cuz she was already gimping herself by caring about their wellbeing.

Nice to see somebody more local on KZbin. I'm from Florence, SC m'self. Not many local games going on here, so I GM 4E to players from all across the world over Skype and Roll20. I've been using modules lately to get the players invested in the world, the lore, and some of the Sixth World's more influential characters, but I've also used some personally written one-offs. Even though there are differences between 4E and 5E, the advice in your videos has helped a great deal. Thank you, and looking forward to more helpful hints.
