17: I just saw a clip of John MacArthur talking about hymns being mostly the only Christian music that is good. Mostly none of this new stuff is any good if I heard him right. What Derek just said 17: ... hymn's make you feel bad or like a sinner so what Dereck said makes sense. I like listening to John MacArthur sometimes because I learn things and learn from him, but I always feel bad about my Christian walk after listening to John MacArthur. I feel almost mostly good listening to Derek Prince. Definitely hopeful when I listen to Derek Prince. but we have the Holy Spirit to help us. Interesting though because I like some new Christian music whether they're perfect or not the singers and people.

I don’t get it how is the law abolished ? So I can cheat so I can steal so I can bow down to idols ? I think Jeremiah 31:31 is showing us now that Jesus showed us the way we CAN walk in the spirt and keep the commandments vs following the flesh.

Also does it make sense to keep a feast orginally for a pagan God (Tamuz) vs a feast that the Bible talks about? Which feast was originally for tamuz well Xmas was so it doesn’t make sense too me how we allow pagan feast and just stick a Jesus their (when clearly we all know Jesus was not born in Xmas) then to celebrate something we read in the Bible. Paul was writing a letter to a city that all around them had pagan customs and their worship days were Sundays hence day of the sun, and the new christian their were learning the ways of Christ so if anything they would get judge for being different because Paul as noted all over DID celebrate SHAVOUT and did keep the sabbaths. It shows it in Acts how he even said for the feast of unleavened bread let’s take the leaven out so in this I totally disagree with Pr Derek but regardless I’ve learned a lot in other teachings but may the Holy Spirit of truth reveal all of us what father wants us too do. To me since how I see Baal and Tamuz was so hated I would not think he’d be ok with me celebrating his only begotten son in December 25 which was a pagan feast for centuries it just doesn’t make sense at all.

If there is no law, then we don’t need the church. Jesus is a high priest that judges you by the law. Hebrews 8: 1-5 Sin is defined as transgression of the law.
