Gratitude Embodied Graceful Energy!!! I recently started am/sol rising affirmations …on over 1 week now!!! 2023 I started am stretching daily for 90 days straight. Now my body can’t go a day without out it 😜!!! I appreciate this reminder!!! What other healing routine/regimen do you all suggest. Grateful!!! ⚓️🦋🙏🌟🔥
